 FAQ

  • To begin your search, identify your own individual needs. Are you looking for a house, townhouse, unit or apartment? How many bedrooms do you need? Does the property need to be pet friendly? What is your budget?

You can find your next home though the 'Looking for a home' tab or [insert real estate link].

Once you've found a property you're interested in, either submit an application or reach us via email or phone.

  • After inspecting a property and find it to your liking, your next step is to complete and submit an application.

The application forms are available as a PDF through the 'Applying for a home' tab.

Please ensure that each adult that wishes to be listed on the tenancy agreement as a registered tenant supplies his/her application. Further information can be found in the application forms.

  • Before contacting your Property Manger about maintenance issues, follow these steps to ensure a smoother and quicker resolution:

    1. Troubleshooting: check for simple issues such as tripped power switch, empty gas bottle, obvious obstructions or simple fixes

    2. Gather information: take note of relevant details about the issue and, if possible, capture clear photographs to provide visual context

    3. Submit a request: your request can be submitted via email or our online maintenance form. Please include all relevant information and photographs to help diagnosing and resolving the problem

For urgent issues such as floods, fire, security and safety matters, call us immediately on (07) 2141 9018.

  • We will contact you prior to your lease expiry date to see whether you would like to renew your lease.

If you are planning to move out, please notify us and we will be able to send out relevant forms and instructions.

If you need to vacate prior to your lease expiring, it would be viewed as a 'break lease' situation and therefore relevant conditions will apply
